I teach regular classes on Living foods, seasonal eating and healthy living. Most workshops are held at The Nectar cafe, although I will travel to teach groups and give talks. Many people have come along to many of my workshops, gaining a collection of easy, super delicious nutritious recipes throughout the year.

All of the classes are suitable for people with dairy, gluten and refined sugar intolerances or preferences  and use as much organic locally sourced produce as possible.
